With CareConnect, you have everything you need at your fingertips. You can easily sign students in and out, manage enrollment and schedule details, track subsidy billing and payments, and handle tuition billing and payments for parents.

For program staff, CareConnect offers a range of features. You can sign students in and out, add daily activities, manage student profiles and immunization records, maintain emergency contacts, and use the contactless attendance feature with the parent kiosk. Additionally, you can submit subsidy time sheets and invoices.

For parents, CareConnect provides convenient features such as reporting absences, viewing attendance records, setting up online bill payments, signing students in and out, and more features that are soon to be added!

The parent kiosk allows parents to sign students in and out using unique PIN codes. An optional contactless option with QR codes is also available.

Staff members can easily manage parent PIN codes, providing access to view and update them. PIN codes can be sent via email or text message.

Managing student profiles is simple with CareConnect. You can maintain family contacts, record siblings, allergies, medication details, dietary restrictions, immunization records, and enrollment schedules.

Staff members also have access to subsidized students' time sheets and invoice information. They can submit this information digitally to connected child care agencies.
